This one-hour class will introduce you to the basic principles of heart-healthy nutrition. Please select one of the following classes:

Daytime: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on January 3, March 7, April 4, June 6, July 2, September 7, October 3, December 7

Evening: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on February 7, May 2, August 1, November 7

Changing Our Weighs: Weight Loss Program

It’s no secret that losing weight can have a positive effect on your health. The benefits of weight loss are numerous and include lower blood pressure, reduced risk of developing diabetes and better overall health. Join us to learn how you can make important behavior changes that can help you achieve a healthier weight.

Schedule: Mondays: March 5, 12, 19, 26; April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; May 7, 14, 21

Fee: $120 for the 12 week workshop; pre-registration is required.
