Most of these plans require either the admitting physician or the policyholder to initiate the prior authorization procedure. If your insurance has such a requirement, please inform your physician or contact your insurance carrier.
Managed Care/Physician Participation: If your insurance company has a requirement for using only physicians who participate in your plan, please speak directly with your physician and your insurance company.

Medicaid: Billing will be submitted on behalf of the patient if a valid MA card is presented at the time of admission.
Workers’ Compensation: Billing will be submitted to the employer or their Workers’ Compensation insurance carrier only if the patient has provided the Hospital with the necessary billing information.
