Yoga for a Healthy Back

Yoga can help increase strength and flexibility, especially in the spine. Regular yoga practice can help to improve quality of life, symptoms of back discomfort, posture, balance, promote relaxation, and increase overall sense of well-being. Participants must be able to get up and down from a mat on the floor without assistance. Physician clearance prior to starting the workshop is required.
