Tai Chi Beginner
A low-impact form of exercise, Tai Chi can improve physical condition, muscle strength, coordination, flexibility, balance – and decrease risk of falls. Emphasis is placed on breathing, posture, balance, “opening” of the joints, “softening” the body, as well as circulating the “chi” or “life force.”
Each session runs 90 minutes, and the workshop spans seven weeks.
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Fee: $75 for the seven-week session; pre-registration is required

Applications and payment must be received seven days prior to program start date. Class size is limited.
