Research has shown that developing healthful tools to manage your reactions to often unavoidable daily stressors lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety and increases overall wellness. Interactive class will focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, meditation, nutrition, exercise, setting goals, making healthful decisions, and finding resources and support.
