Moving for Balance
This program focuses on slow, flowing movements, breathing, and focused
attention. A low-impact form of exercise that can improve physical condition,
muscle strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance. It has shown to decrease
the risk of falling. Emphasis is placed on breathing, balance, posture,
“opening” of the joints, and “softening” the body. Each session runs 90 minutes
and the workshop spans eight weeks.
Please note: Class size is limited, and pre-registration is required!
