Hatha Yoga Session II

Yoga has been used for thousands of years to improve the body, mind, and spirit. It increases flexibility and strength, while enhancing relaxation and concentration. This is accomplished through a series of gentle stretches, postures, breath work, and relaxation. Beginning and experienced students are welcome. Please bring your own mat or towel to class.
